I have been a yoga instructor since 2012 and I believe that yoga can benefit everyone. Accessibility is my focus and by using modifications to any postures as well as taking your practice at your own pace, you should be able to benefit your body with yoga. I have taught at several studios and received my 500 hour training at Modo Yoga in Victoria B.C. Additional Modo Flow training and Adjustment training has allowed me to focus on how different our bodies are as we move through life. I have also completed a 50 hour training in Modo Calm. A beautiful mixture of Yin yoga and restorative yoga with an emphasis on breathwork and ease.
My experience has moved over several studios as well as outdoor yoga with animals. My love of nature and living creatures has enhanced the experience for my students. I continue to evolve through teaching and am open to new and exciting opportunities. You can find me teaching regularly on Zoom every Monday & Wednesday evening.
