You can customize your own class for the low rate of $40 and we can come up with a schedule together! All you need is a device to access Zoom and a yoga mat (or thick towel). I will create a sequence for your group. Think yin, restorative, flow, hatha, or a combination of all. Think creative and fun! You can be anywhere where you have access to the internet!
